Prince Adebiyi Adetosoye was called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2009 and has since being in active litigation and corporate advisory service, and General Legal Practice. He, as the Principal Partner of ADETOSOYE & CO also doubles as the managing partner and leads the litigation team, the oil and gas practice group, debt recovery group of ADETOSOYE & CO.
The firm under him has successfully concluded High Profile Civil and criminal cases from the high court all the way to the supreme court he has equally negotiated, mediated and settled several disputes arising from corporate, commercial transaction, oil and gas, natural resources related issues just to mention a few.
He is an avid litigator, seasoned advocate, and legal researcher. He likes handling complex legal issues and heads the Criminal Practice Group (ACPG). He has represented clients in all the Courts in Nigeria. He has actively participated in several high-profile cases that have shaped the face of Nigerian democracy. He is a core litigator in Employment/Labour Law, Family Law, Contract Law, Debt Recovery, Criminal Litigation, Election Petition, Data Privacy & Protection, Artificial Intelligence, International Migration and Non – Refoulement, Climate Change, Food Security, and Sustainable Development Goals.

She currently leads the Firm’s corporate law practice group, is an alumnus of Ekiti State University, and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2016. She has since engaged in several corporate commercial litigation and advises banks and other financial institutions on corporate governance, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and Incorporation and formation of companies. She has carved a niche within the Corporate Commercial Litigation and Practice Area. She is an Author and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
